Because we do not charge commission, all your revenue is yours to keep. Neither do we prevent prospective buyers from contacting you directly.

Our site is open and transparent; we don't ask you to hide your contacts. In fact, we encourage you to put your e-mail address, telephone number, physical address and website address with your listing. You know the name and contacts of the person to whom you are submitting your offer. The buyer, similarly, knows about who is submitting the offer. This is not just the best way to negotiate; this is the only way to negotiate. Negotiations are held between real people not between created profiles. Prospective buyers know that there is a real person or company existing to whom they are going to entrust their valuable projects.

We do charge a small listing fee to post your profile and information about your products and services. While your first listing for One Year is free, additional or subsequent listings would require payment. You can edit, modify and update your listing anytime and as many times as you wish. On expiry you can re-list it for a further period of one year on paying appropriate charges. Please suggest a New Category or Sub-Category in case the listing you wish to make is not covered by the existing categories.
