Terms of Listing

FreeForte.com is a marketplace for professional services. If you are a provider of such services, list and promote them through us. If you are looking for service providers for your project, search our listings to locate one qualified to do your job - or simply post a RFP - Request for Proposal.

FreeForte.com does not charges any commission from either the service providers or the buyers. Neither does it acts as such but simply provides a forum or a marketplace to bring them together. We invite you to list your services and projects on FreeForte.com!

Duration of Listing

Listings are made for a period of One Month (30 days) for a Request for Proposal and for One Year (365 days) for service provider profiles. These may be removed earlier by the owner or by us at our discretion. On expiry you may relist - buyers for free and freelancers after paying the applicable fee. If the listing is removed by us pre-maturely for any reason, pro-rated refund of listing cost for paid listings will be made.

Charge for Listing

First listing for service providers is free and buyers, of course, list projects for free all the time. Please check the Payment page for further information on listing costs.

Notification of Changes

Should any of the terms and conditions herein change, we will post those changes on this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "As Is" without any warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of your listing on our site. If you do not accept this, do not list here. Buyers: exercise due diligence. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected

We require your name, e-mail, telephone number and address to be submitted while registering/listing at the site and will be published with your listing so that persons interested in your offer or proposal can contact you. We may communicate with you occasionally in connection with the services provided by us.

Sharing Information

We do not share information with third parties. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

Business Transition

In the event FreeForte.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
